• Coordinate and run all steering committee and parent meetings
• Develop and communicate yearly calendar
• Manage relationship with YMCA
• Coordinate recruitment of steering committee members

• Back-up Chairperson
• Enlist Volunteers
• Manage job description review and update

• Manage the team data in Hytek Team Manager and Meet Manager
• Set-up all swim meets in Team Manager and Meet Manager
• Provide team data to PTSC coaches, other league coaches, league and regional coordinators
• Manage team records
• Manage correspondence for local, regional and national swim meets

• Publish agendas for meetings
• Take minutes for meetings
• Publish meeting minutes
• Keep detailed records of budget and funds

• Coordinate swim suit, cap and T-shirts
• Coordinate pictures
• Coordinate additional outfitting programs i.e. swim bags

• Inventory meet supplies and ribbons--order ribbons, any other supplies
• Coordinate training for new and existing officials
• Recruit parent volunteers for all deck positions for every meet, including states
• Coordinate deck set-up and volunteers for homemeets

• Develop fundraising plan based on agreed upon budget with the Y--goals and dates
• Coordinate PTSC participation in Peaks to Portland
• Coordinate home meet concessions/50-50/Program Sales
• Coordinate several fundraisers i.e. Program Ads, Calendar Raffle, Don’s Art Work, etc.

• Coordinate registration of team, swimmers and coaching staff
• Provide information to coaches and swimmers about US meets
• Coordinate all registrations for US swim meets
• Work with Team Manager to coordinate Hytek entries for US swim meets

• Coordinate and implement web page design consistent with League standards
• Regularly update web page with information provided from coaches and steering committee members

• Coordinate fall gathering
• Coordinate holiday party
• Coordinate state awards night
• Coordinate year end banquet including budget, rewards, and venue

• Coordinate returning swimmer communications
• Coordinate new swimmer recruitment
• Coordinate swimmer registration with Y
