The team is coached by Lia Langeveld, Dee Saintcross and Anne Archibald who bring over 30+ years of coaching experience (including a Y National Championship Team and Olympic Gold Medalist/World Record Holder, Ian Crocker). An early and ongoing focus on good swimming technique, coupled with building swimming strength and endurance strives to bring out optimal performance for each swimmer. They are dedicated to the growth of youngsters both in their competitive swimming abilities and in YMCA philosophy, which includes good sportsmanship, individual growth within a team environment and leadership.
